Domesticates

A collection of works inspired by archaeological finds and imagery from the Neolithic period. This era marks the transition from a way of life based on hunting and gathering to the agricultural society that still shapes our world today. Traces of this shift can be seen both in human bodies, which became noticeably less healthy, and in animals. For example, the horns of goats and sheep began to curve more as they were domesticated. The Neolithic is the point at which humans truly began altering nature—not only in plants and animals but also in ourselves.
